Are you someone who has an opinion on the world we work in, the culture that shapes us & the experiences we encounter AND want to join a 3D design team that love to think, challenge, and deliver across a diverse range of projects?
Currently, we are looking for an exceptional and creative 3D Designer to join our Portland team, and work on an exciting array of local and global projects within multiple sectors (Retail, F&B, Workspace, Aviation, Branded Environments). We strategise, and design, through the lens of people, behaviour and journeys, which allows us to work across a diverse range of scales, from retail pop ups to masterplanning entire airports.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passionate and proactive approach to the development, translation and implementation of a creative project vision across the full spectrum of the design process. From brief development to technical drawings, and everything in-between. You should be a highly creative and conceptual individual who has excellent skills in strategic thinking, interior design, and communicating your ideas effectively through different mediums. Experience working within a similar specialist organisation is a must and you should be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to work from concept to completion.
In this position, you will be expected to get involved with researching briefs, coordinating design content, support creative leads, and taking an active role in client engagement.
While this role requires a minimum of 4 years' experience within a similar industry, we would also be open to considering more senior candidates. For Senior Designers, we expect them to have demonstrable experience leading projects, being responsible for delivery and new business, and fostering strong client relationships.
