  • Lead construction contract administration: submittal review, RFI response, field observation, reporting, and project closeout.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging building technologies and engineering systems relevant to project work.
  • Contribute to project marketing, proposal preparation, and interviews.
  • Participate in design reviews, charrettes, and team pin-ups.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, decision-making, and collaboration skills to inspire high team performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Portfolio of high-quality residential work.
  • Advanced understanding of building, zoning, and energy codes.
  • Skilled in site analysis, preliminary design studies, contract documents, specifications, and construction techniques.
  • Experience in project team management and consultant coordination.
  • Excellent client communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and familiarity with modeling, visualization, and presentation tools such as Rhino (Grasshopper), Lumion, VRay, Microsoft Office/365, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop), 3D printing, laser cutting, and environmental analysis tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline required.
  • Architectural license preferred.
  • LEED GA within 6 months of hire; professional accreditation in Living Design areas (LEED AP, BREEAM AP, WELL AP, Passive House, ILFI Living Future Accreditation) encouraged.
