DLR Group has an opening for a Senior Interior Designer. This role could be based in the following cities:
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be working as a part of our integrated design team and will be responsible for collaborating on the design of projects from pre-design and programming through construction administration. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Interiors Leader and Region Leader on project design efforts, client interactions, and presentations. You will mentor staff, fostering a work environment that emphasizes mutual respect, learning, communication, and collaboration. This role will pivot between our various market sectors with an emphasis on identifying and developing the strengths you bring to the overall team. Additional responsibilities may include, but not be limited to marketing and business development activities, participation in interviews, participation in firm research and development projects, and the development of sector tools and marketing materials.
