What You Will Do
Your Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of post-grad interior design experience
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited school
Experience in the role described above
High resourcefulness of creative unique materials, furniture, and fixtures
Excellent color sense, and great passion for design
Excellent graphic design, organizational, time management, and written and verbal communication skills
Passionate, self-starting, dedicated, efficient
Enjoys both taking responsibility and team collaboration
Passion for both big picture design ideas and the details
Facility with 3D conceptualization (digitally or by hand) a plus
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D, Rhino, Grasshopper, and other modeling software programs
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas
Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices required. Portfolios should include at least 1 project with this particular focus, and candidates should be prepared to talk to this in their interview, especially built projects with LEED, Living Building Challenge, WELL Building Standard, Fitwell and/or Net Zero Building certification.

**The base salary range will be estimated between $70-75k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
