Marketing Graphic Designer
As a Marketing Graphic Designer at Gensler, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team by bringing creativity, design expertise, and versatility to a wide range of initiatives. You will design collateral, presentations, and digital content that elevate our brand, while also supporting broader marketing and social media activities.
This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys working on diverse projects that support both business development and firm visibility.
What You Will Do
- Design and produce proposals, presentations, award submissions, and other marketing collateral in alignment with Gensler's brand standards.
- Develop innovative and visually engaging layouts, graphics, and digital assets that support pursuit and marketing activities.
- Support social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives through the creation of graphics, visuals, and content assets.
- Collaborate with office leadership, senior staff, and regional marketing team members to deliver high-quality, brand-consistent design work.
- Create templates and toolkits to improve efficiency and ensure consistency across marketing deliverables.
- Provide design support for workshops, client meetings, and internal initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining and updating marketing materials, digital channels, and other communication platforms.
- Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to support photography, website updates, and content-related projects.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a design, architecture, or professional services environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience creating designs for both print and digital platforms.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual communications.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and creating content tailored for digital audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
- 100% bilingual English/Spanish, with excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Fast learner and committed to continuous skill development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse project teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
