Master Planner/ Urban Designer

Master Planner

Directly contributes to the design and delivery of the planning and urban design aspects of a project. Interprets client and/or designer's needs to develop basic design concepts.

Working closely with the Senior Master Planner and design team to develop master plan, urban planning and landscaping solution for various types of projects.

Working from concept design through to detailed design, producing CAD drawings, graphic presentations and design narratives.

Interaction and communication with clients and consultants during the design phase and at presentations.

A firm grasp of local and international codes are essential.

3- 5 years related experience.

Working knowledge of Sketch up, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop and 3DStudio are required.

Knowledge of Rhino and ReVit is a plus.

Good team spirit. Strong sense of personal responsibility and dedication to their work and the work of their team.

Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
