Your job will be to combine creativity and technical knowledge to produce functionally beautiful spaces for clients. You have exceptional design skills, a background in architecture, and a portfolio of innovative design concepts. You will collaborate with our broader design team to develop design solutions and coordinate the design through the construction documentation phase of a project. What you will do:

  • Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration
  • Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives
  • Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings
  • Utilize hand rendering techniques to communicate design concepts
  • Work in a synergistic manner with other design and professional staff
  • Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or related field from an accredited school
  • 0-5 years of architectural project experience (core and shell).
  • Proficiency in Revit is required.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
  • Outstanding graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices.
  • Ability to learn, collaborate, and solve complex problems.
  • The successful candidate may not have a mastery of all noted tools, but generally should be comfortable navigating across 3D modelling, visualizing, and presentation platforms to create compelling diagrams & imagery.
