Working Student At Gensler's Munich Office
Gensler's Munich office is looking for a student currently in their master's to join our creative studio environment as working students for a minimum of 1 year (20 h/week). Successful candidates will be focused on Interior and/or Architecture projects, while also gaining exposure to a wide range of design experiences within our full portfolio of integrated disciplines, predominantly architecture and interior design.
We are in search of bright, engaged, and innovative working students who want to explore how to make their mark at Gensler within the global network of team members, clients, and communities in which we work.
What You Will Do:
- Involvement with all phases of the design process, both architecture and interior's, including strategy development, concept design, schematic design, design development, specification, and tendering processes.
- Support the Gensler Munich team to develop the client, contractor, and design team communications, developing and maintaining strong external and internal relationships.
- Prepare 3D visuals, plans, elevations, details, and sections through to detailed construction drawings.
Your Qualifications:
- Enrolled student (m/f/x) in the field of Architecture or Interior Design (Master Program)
- Able to demonstrate excellent interior design or architecture sensibilities in your portfolio.
- Highly motivated, with a proactive attitude and eager to learn.
- Ideally, you are proficient in 2D & 3D software Revit, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Rhino.
- Keen interest in current 3D parametric design & BIM-related developments & tools.
- Ideally proficiency to create custom Revit families and adaptive components.
- Willingness to autonomously and continuously expand own professional knowledge.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Interested in Sustainability and sustainable design.
- Fluent in German and English.
