In partnership with the Project Architect and Project Designer, this role is accountable for the project's financial performance and for maintaining clear communication within the team. The individual manages one or more projects through all phases, from initiation to completion. The Project Manager directs employees and consultants at all levels to ensure that proper steps and procedures are followed and that all work is completed as planned, within budget, on schedule, and in alignment with the intended design.
