We currently inviting qualified candidates to join our growing international, dynamic, and creative team in Beijing.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and modifies architectural drawings including details in 2D and 3D as directed by other utilizing Revit software.
• Develops solutions to technical and design problems following established standards.
• Compiles data and performs elementary design computations.
• Performs product research; assists project designers and project architects with materials selection and system research.
• Reports to Project Architect and Senior Architect.
• Assists Project Architect to coordinate with other design consultants as need.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required. Master's degree in Architecture preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of architectural work experience including Construction Drawings required.
• Proficiency in Revit required.
• Proficiency in using Ai-powered tools to generate image and renderings.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Sketch-Up and/or Rhino preferred.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English required.
