HOK, a global architecture, design, engineering, and planning firm, is seeking a Firmwide Design Technology Manager (DTM) to join our Corporate Advanced Technology Group.
This is a hybrid position and may be based in Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, Houston, St. Louis or Chicago, with on-site presence required three days per week.
As a Firmwide DTM, you'll be responsible for shaping HOK's long-term vision for design technologies and ensuring project teams can deliver high-quality work efficiently. You'll play a key role in developing and maintaining software standards and training, supporting regional Design Technology staff, performing quality reviews, and providing expertise to broader firm initiatives. The responsibilities of this position will vary over time with changes in technology and model-based processes, so staying up-to-date with emerging technologies is crucial.

What is the required education & experience?
A bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, information technology, or a related field is required, along with at least ten years of experience supporting and managing BIM technologies. Experience in strategic, executive-level collaboration and project management, and hold a LEED accreditation or Green Associate credential (or able to obtain within six months of hire). Demonstrating a blend of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and leadership capability is expected.
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, education and location. The reasonably expected salary range for this position is $100,000-$130,000 per year.
