We currently inviting qualified candidates to join our growing international, dynamic, and creative team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Assists design leader to translate design concept into reality
• Prepares and coordinates the development and preparation of preliminary design concepts
• Co-ordinates the development of technical/design solutions
• Select and research project design materials, furnishings, and accessories
• Co-ordinates and prepares design documents, sketches, plans, details and schedules under the direction of design leader

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture or equivalent in education or experience
• 5 to 8 years of design experience required
• Good knowledge of hospitality design is a bonus
• Demonstrable skills in creative design solutions including design/selection of FF&E
• LEED accreditation an advantage
• Ability to communicate effectively in presentations and in writing
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, with Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus
• Proficiency in Photoshop and/or Affinity required
• Proficiency in Revit and other 3D modeling software such as Sketch-Up and Enscape required
