We currently inviting qualified candidates to join our growing international, dynamic, and creative team in Hong Kong.
Assists design leader to translate design concept into reality
Prepares and coordinates the development and preparation of preliminary design concepts
Co-ordinates the development of technical/design solutions
Select and research project design materials, furnishings, and accessories
Co-ordinates and prepares design documents, sketches, plans, details and schedules under the direction of design leader
Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture or equivalent in education or experience
5 to 8 years of design experience required
Demonstrable skills in creative design solutions including design/selection of FF&E
LEED accreditation an advantage
Ability to communicate effectively in presentations and in writing
Fluent in both written and spoken English, with Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus
Proficiency in Photoshop and/or Affinity required
Proficiency in Revit and other 3D modeling software such as Sketch-Up and Enscape required
