We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to provide essential support to our legal department and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will manage workflows, maintain corporate governance and compliance records, and submit corporate filings. You'll also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional administrative and legal support.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage day-to-day workflow for the department, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and preparing expense reports.
- Prepare and submit corporate filings, annual reports, professional registrations, and registered agent changes.
- Assist with administration of the employee stock program, including communications and preparation of plan documents.
- Track and maintain professional licenses and memberships for team members, including continuing legal education requirements and bar approvals.
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, agreements, and legal documents.
- Organize and maintain legal files and records in compliance with retention policies.
- Process and track invoices for legal services.
- Provide backup support for procuring Certificates of Insurance.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal employees and external clients.
- Take personal responsibility for fostering a green workplace through sustainable practices.

Required Experience:
- 3–5 years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years in a legal environment.
- High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
