We currently inviting qualified candidates to join our growing international, dynamic, and creative team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of project proposals
2. Project financial management and tracking of project budgets
3. Managing client and consultant communications
4. Management of project timelines, staff resources and contracts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' work experience with an architectural, development or construction firm
• Project experience in South-East Asia is an advantage
• Knowledge of LEED
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Must be detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information at the highest level
• Ability to communicate well; including excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Affinity or Microsoft Project an advantage
