We are presently searching for a Junior Architectural Revit Drafter for the Retail Studio. The Junior Architectural Revit Drafter, while working under the direct supervision of a Project Manager, performs a broad variety of drafting and/or design tasks.

Responsibilities include: • Under supervision, develops preliminary retail plans, elevations, and construction documents • Assist and learn detailing of millwork, exterior storefronts and other technical details • Assists senior staff with verification of site • Assists in field surveying of client retail spaces • Corrects drawings red lined by others

Qualifications: • Graduate of architecture or design school or 2 year technical college/associate drafting • 1+ year experience or equivalent educational experience: strongly prefer experience working in retail interior design projects and/or prototypical design

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Working knowledge of the application of color, materials and aesthetic form
• Basic sketching and rendering skills
• Basic interior and exterior architecture detailing skills
• Working knowledge of CDs and procedures
• Commitment to support projects through peaks and valleys
• Intermediate MS Office Suite skills
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Strong/Advanced Revit Skills
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
