3D DESIGN RENDERER
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Experience in high-end commercial and residential high-rises, space planning, construction documents, millwork, lighting, and interior finish specifications
- Ability to collaborate with interior design team to create 3D renderings
- Ability to draft interior designs to scale with architectural details guided by an interior designer.
- Proficient in AutoDesk 3DS MAX, AutoDesk AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and V-Ray Next for 3DS MAX.
- Strong portfolio of previous high-quality 3D rendering projects that showcase the design and layout of the space – REQUIRED
- Knowledge of design principles, color theory, and materials and finishes
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication/presentation skills & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bi-lingual and Architectural experience is a plus
