The Project Interior Designer will have the chance to leverage their design expertise to create innovative and impactful solutions for a variety of projects. This role offers a multifaceted opportunity for personal and professional growth. Responsibilities range from interpreting, organizing, and producing design/construction documentation in all design phases. Additionally, you'll have the responsibility of mentoring and guiding junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them develop their own skills and capabilities. You'll be challenged to execute design deliverables at the highest level of quality, ensuring that each project meets or exceeds client expectations. This will require not only creativity and technical proficiency but also attention to detail, effective communication, and strong project management skills.
