OTJ is hiring for Multiple Design openings 3 plus years of experience

Salary range for openings is 70-98k and more senior designers at the higher range

Designer role at OTJ

Reports to:

• Senior team members

Responsibilities:

• Actively assists team members across multiple projects
• Effectively manages time to execute upon assigned tasks
• Communicates clearly with managing team members Remains under the supervision of senior team members
• Demonstrates superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and effectively manages time to execute upon assigned tasks within set deadlines (3+ projects at any given time)
• Communicates clearly with managing team members
• Demonstrates advanced technical intelligence in practicing area of architecture and/or interior design
• Demonstrates clear understanding of all project phases and sequencing
• Independently Develops space plans, survey documentation and project schedules
• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in assembly of Construction Documents
• Leads selection of finishes and fixtures
• May oversee all design and drawings
• Leads consultant coordination in conjunction with team members
• Actively leads and mentors junior teammates across multiple projects in any phase
• May contribute to and manage project scheduling, staffing, budgeting, set up, close out, and profitability

Years experience can 3 plus years, more senior candidates will be expected to do items in bold in addition to the other requirements/experience

Requisite Experience:

Qualifications:

• 3 plus years of commercial interior workplace experience
• Strong Revit proficiency and other rendering software proficiency (Enscape, Lumion, or other)
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
• Project Management (required for those with 6 plus years)
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work in team environment
• Ability to effectively meet deadlines
• Positive solution-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design
• Candidates must be able to perform all essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation
