What You'll Do:

This position supports the sales & marketing teams with the implementation of company promotional materials and brand management. Customer experience and sales support are an integral part of this position.

• Collaborate with our marketing, bid design and sales teams to create compelling proposals and visuals for both print and digital platforms
• Develop branding and marketing materials for a wide variety of commercial projects in conjunction with the sales teams
• Ensure high-quality design production from concept to final output
• Work with our Marketing team to develop a vision and create client, visitor presentations through innovative design
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software
• Assist with the update and management of content on the company website and social media sites
• Monitor proper implementation and maintenance of company brand standards and branded templates / materials
• Performs additional responsibilities as requested.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of professional design experience (or related field)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of commercial design work
• Project a positive, professional and confident image
• Attention to detail with a creative and strategic mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
