RH is seeking a Director to lead RH Interior Design across the United Kingdom and European Union. Your Responsibilities

• Attract, lead, inspire, and develop a world-class team of interior designers across multiple international markets
• Champion the RH Interior Design ethos and elevate the client experience at every stage of the design journey
• Guide high-value residential and architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with RH's uncompromising standards
• Oversee creative direction, space planning, and product selection across all design presentations
• Serve as a strategic partner to RH senior leadership, aligning regional growth with global brand goals
• Foster meaningful client relationships and generate new business through community engagement and exclusive events
• Stay deeply connected to the local and international luxury markets, ensuring relevance, influence, and cultural fluency
• Lead multiple, VIP large-scale architectural design projects from concept to completion

Our Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive interior design experience, with emphasis on high-end residential projects, architectural integration, and client-facing leadership
• Demonstrated experience leading high-performing, large-scale design teams across multiple locations
• Portfolio of nationally or internationally published work preferred
• Deep knowledge of construction and renovation processes, including kitchen, bath, and custom millwork design
• Hands-on expertise in installation, interior construction, and project oversight
• Previous ownership and operation of interior design firm preferred
• NCIDQ certification and a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred
• Strong command of Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• In-depth proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related space planning/rendering programs preferred
• Valid passport and driver's license; up to 50% travel, including international
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required due to the international nature of our business and the need to communicate with global teams
• Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country in which they are applying at the time of application
