RH Hospitality Operations Leader

RH is seeking a visionary and passionate hospitality operations leader dedicated to shaping exceptional experiences, driving operational experience, and connecting with impact. This role shapes remarkable hospitality by designing and delivering transformative training that ensures operational consistency, supports new property openings, and cultivates growth for team members and leaders. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and driving innovation, the role acts as a brand ambassador and trusted operational resource across the organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing development and innovation of resources that empower the hospitality teams and set the standard for success
- Act as a hands-on hospitality advocate, delivering engaging on-site training that empowers teams and sets the standard for excellence at new property openings
- Support in the creation and execution of holistic training pathways for new team members
- Serve as a brand ambassador and resource for new leaders and team members, fostering meaningful and lasting connections
- Collaborate cross-functionally with gallery leadership - both on property and across the global organization - to amplify the success of training and development within RH Hospitality
Our Requirements
- 3+ years experience in the hospitality industry, leadership experience a plus
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong motivation and time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Track record of taking initiative with high level of attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite, Oracle Enterprise and MS Office software
- Strong working knowledge of hospitality-related scheduling, ATS and POS systems
- Based in a market with an RH restaurant, with a willingness to travel extensively
Our Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of time
- Work a flexible schedule when business needs require, including nights, holidays, weekends, with regular travel
