As a Senior Designer at Maverick Design, you'll lead the creative journey from concept to completion, shaping the look and feel of beautifully reimagined homes. You'll set the design direction, bring bold ideas to life, and ensure every project captures Maverick's signature balance of sophistication, livability, and market appeal. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with directors, project managers, and leadership to translate vision into reality while mentoring designers, refining processes, and driving innovation through new design initiatives and creative strategy. The salary range for this position is $85,000- $115,000 annually. In addition, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
